Reiki Certification | Level One| Heal Yourself
Reiki is a profound practice that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and healing, both for ourselves and for others. Reiki Level 1 is an introductory course open to anyone, regardless of experience, and provides the foundation for your journey with this life-enhancing energy.
Reiki is a Japanese technique based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us. When this energy is low, we may feel stressed or unwell; when it’s strong, we are more balanced, healthy, and capable of joy. In this Level 1 Training and Certification, you will receive your Level 1 Attunement and learn how to give Reiki to yourself, supporting your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
In this class, you will learn:
The history of the Usui Reiki Lineage and the Reiki Principles
How to use Reiki to heal yourself and release energy blockages that contribute to stress, pain, or illness
An understanding of your body’s energy centers (chakras) and their influence on daily life
How your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies are interconnected
How to tune into your energy and practice self-Reiki
The Power symbol and Mental/Emotional symbol
How to incorporate Reiki into daily life and trust your intuition
How to protect yourself from negative energies

Reiki Level 1 Attunement (initiation ceremony)
Reiki Level 1 manual

Class details:
Format: In person, small group class size
Duration: 12-6pm, with breaks included
Materials: wear comfortable clothing, bring water, snacks, a notebook, and something to add to our class alter (you will take these home)
Prerequisite: None. This course is perfect whether you are a seasoned healer or new to holistic and spiritual practices.
